Alright, so, ever since I installed the unofficial skyrim, dawnguard and dragonborn patches my game has been having this weird stutter step effect, its as if when I'm walking my character is running into something and stopping, the enviroment around me and all the npcs are normal, they don't clip or skip or trip or any other word that rhymes, they move normally, and I get stuck on invisible walls. Please help, its unplayable like this, I've tried disabling the patches and restarting my skyrim, my computer and reinstalling all my mods, I also used TES5 edit and cleaned my master files, used LOOT to load correctly and cleaned my computer with virus scans and disk cleaning tools. I have no idea why its doing this.
