Crashing when going through doors is usually caused by the game running out of VRAM. JK Skyrim EATS vram like no tomorrow. Try disabling JK, load up new clean save and see if it still occurs.
yeah, I tried that and it didn't help.

90% of the time crashing when making a new game is from a missing master file. check your plugins on MO and see if there's a caution sign afer you sort your mods. if you hover over that sign it will tell you if you're missing a master file.

hi! I'm really, really frustrated. I've been trying for DAYS to fix my game and I just cant figure out what in the heck is going on. it constantly crashes, usually when going through doors. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing is fixing it. please, please help me figure this out, I miss playing skyrim. I enabled logging with netscriptframework but I'm really struggling to decipher it. I'm using mod organizer and I've tried reinstalling the game itself and that didn't help. I've updated all my mods and tried going through them all. It was stable for a long time and then I tried the 2021 skyrim guide and that broke things. I've gone through all of the mods that I wasn't using before and disabled them all to no avail. I have over 200 mods but I've never had issues running this many mods on this PC. below is my load order and the log from netscriptframework. any help is greatly appreciated!

TIF indicates that those are scripts used by Topic Info Fragments, that means a mod with dialogue. AQ should be a mod prefix but the lack of a "_" between the two indicates otherwise. I suspect a mod author renamed their TIF scripts to have a self added prefix.
The scripts are necessary for the dialog in their associated plugin to function properly. As far as causing issues... no idea.
thank you! that helped me figure out it was ambriel the lost princess. still wondering if having so many scripts (like i said it's well over 50) is making my game unstable. i'm going to uninstall it for now.

HI! I just got a new computer and have been getting skyrim set up with mods. I took a look in the data/script files because i was having issues with racemenu and was advised to delete some files in there and reinstall it. but while i was poking around I noticed several (talking almost 100 files) labeled "aqtif_xxxxxx" with the x's being form ID's. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what these are, why there are so many of them and if they're causing any issues.. here's my load order.

I've had this exact issue. have you opened the mods folder (you can get there from the little file icon in NMM) and manually deleting it?

Hi all. I'm in desperate need of help with seemingly random ctds. I've tried everything i can think of, completely removing all mods, deleting all related files and reinstalling skyrim. going through my mods one by one, applying several recommended fixes, sacrificing the souls of the innocent, etc. my friend is also having this issue and we have several mods in common, but neither of us have been able to pinpoint the issue. please help us?my load order

Wow, i've been gone for a long time ^^'' Just wanted to mention i'm having this happen again :/ it doesn't auto download, or atleast i stopped it quik enough, from what i could see before i hit the panic button and escaped, it seemed to be a virus disguised as a firefox update.

A quick Google search for the IP address listed in the attack ("69.162.111.227") shows that this is a very recent breach in one or more ad networks that is affecting a large swathe of websites and not just the Nexus. As such, we're going to disable our ad code tonight and then re-enable it tomorrow at some point when, hopefully, the attack will have been patched up and fixed where ever the breach has happened in one or more of the ad networks.
So enjoy some ad free browsing on us this evening.

Hi there, wasn't sure where to put this and couldn't find a way to message the mods, if anyone knows somewhere this would better be put please feel free to let me know.
now, as the title says, i was just browsing the nexus for mods, wasn't on any other websites (only had nexus open) suddenly something popped up about downloading a java program, and no matter how i tried to get rid of it, it downloaded something, luckily windows firewall and Avast caught it pretty Quickly. Just thought i'd let everyone know this happened just in case. it just started downloading things and i couldn't even exit the browser, i had to use task manager to get it to stop.
I use chrome if anyone needed to know that! good luck to the nexus team, I know things have been hard for you lately. -
HI all.
so, trying not to sound like a complete noob here so bere with me :P.
I made a custom cat/neko like ear mesh, and after a literal week of messing with the bslightingshader thingy, and a LOT of testing, i managed to get the little buggers into the game... Well, now heres my big problem, the ears simply won't attach to the head.. i use 3ds max, and in there, when i try to move the head around, the ears seem to be attached just fine, but then in game, they float all over the place, although centered around the head. I tried nightasy's tutorial, and went through all the stepS. I THINK the problem is to do with the skin wrap modifier, it just doesn't want to sit, stay, and be a good little modifier. in other words, it seems the moifier won't stay with the mesh after being saved, almost like it gets deleted once i save/export. again, i'm not sure, as this is my first time meshing/modding for a game like skyrim.
I'm just not sure how to get there ears to stay still on the head.. any help appreciated!

I'm not familiar with either of those race mods. Have you tried posting/reading their release threads?
I've tried reading them both, but the thing is, it does it with any custom race i Install, i've tried more than just them..

Well, i have tried everything within my knowledge to get custom races to work with hair mods, such as apachii or fallout3/oblivion hairpack, but, no matter which custom race i try, i can't seem to get them to show up with the two custom races i use, i have tried ticking/unticking the hair files, running with apachii checked and unchecked, doing the hokey pokey in hopes of turning things around and getting it to work, redoing my mod load order, sacrificing goats etc. I have a huge arsenal of mods, and both dawnguard and hearthfire, here is a list, in load order

This seems to be all i am using, now, everything else in the game is working fine, the animations ect, but when i start a NEW file, and try to select either the children of the sky race or miqote race's, no matter if i have apachii ticked or unticked, it does not show up in character creation.. it works just fine either way ticked or unticked with vanilla races, but with custom races it just won't..i tried shoracemenu-ing to see if it was one of those types of things, but it only seems to freeze up my entire computer and eventually crash.. any help appreciated, the goats shall appreciate it too ;)

So, i am having the exact same issue, and after a lot of trial and error, i think i have figured out the cause, (at least for me) it seems to be a glitch involving any mod or cheat used to modify the locations you find.. for instance a house, castle or mansion that is automatically discovered, as well a using the tmm 1 cheat. now, i know nothing about coding or modding, but that seems to be the issue present. I have started a new save file, clear of any and all map location mods, to test this theory, i am in character creation as i type this, and will let anyone still having this issue know how this theory fixes it once i get to alduins wall in the main quest and try to join the thieves guild.. thanks all :) ~*~Ryoichui~*~

ok, seems to be fixed! I removed all of the JK interior mods as well as trees in cities merged with JK skyrim and im only using JK skyrim. seems to be stable! thank you everyone!
