This worked for me too. I first had to kill all of the slavers EXCEPT for Leroy Walker (in the Maintenance Room under the Memorial - entrance by the steps). Then I had to meet Hannibal at the NW meeting place (waited 24 hours). Then I told him to charge the slavers. Once he gets to the Memorial, the 'Kill all slavers' option appeared. THEN I went and killer Leroy. THEN, after Leroy was dead, I went back outside and approached Hannibal, then opened the console (just push the '~' button) and typed set MS06.SlaversDead TO 99.00. And, sure enough, quest complete. So exhausting!

I cannot access the Bethsoft webiste, because it is blocked by my work. I also cannot access modsreloaded. Can someone direct me to a different website where DarNified UI for FO3 is posted?
