Hello everybody, after doing a quest for Deb in Bunker Hill (get rid of ghouls in the National Training Yard), I'm supposed to talk to Kessler who then should send me to do the quest 'Prep School" in East Boston Preparatory School. When I talk to Kessler she only gives me information about the shops in Bunker Hill. I'm confused: when I first played FO4 some time ago, Kessler had dialogue options that allowed me to ask for work and she gave me the quest. Any idea what the problem might be? I have mods, but none of them has to do with Bunker Hill.

What I like most about this game is building settlements. I also equip my settlers (outfits, weapons). What drives me crazy is that when I come back to a settlement, some if not all the settlers have been replaced: male by female, and vice versa; different outfit... Not sure if the game does this (but why on earth would it do that?) or if it's a mod conflict. Is there a mod that prevents settlers from changing gender/looks/equipment?

I like to equip settlers with outfits of my choice. However, the settlers seem to be randomly replaced (changing the outfits and often even the gender of the settlers). Is that a bug in FO4? Or a bug in a mod (like better settlers)? And more importantly, is there a way to prevent this from happening?
