Thank You! I haven't modded FO3 in so long and I totally forgot you can't have FOOK and FWE together and I've completely forgotten about compatibility patches like an idiot.

I have applied FOSE and 4gb Enabler but my fallout game tends to freeze after 30 secs. to 1 minute. I did the fix to make fallout 3 only use 2 cores but nothing seems to work.
