  1. Hey all, I'm looking for a mod that adds a variant of Dawnbreaker, I had it in my last playthrough, but when I messed something up fierce and had to reinstall, I must have deleted the mod. What the mod did, however, was allow the player to get an item called 'Dawnbreaker [Longsword]', I dunno if it had increased stats or anything, but I know it did the sun damage, triple to undead, and occasionally caused them to asplode. I did notice that the charges never went away, no matter how many things I hit. And most importantly, it didn't glow like my Dawnbreaker now. So if anyone knows what the mod is called, it may not even be a dawnbreaker specific mod, because all I know is it added Dawnbreaker [Longsword], so it could have been a weapons mod I don't have anymore. All I know is it's not Amidian Born or Immersive Weapons.
  2. Hello, modders and fellow mod enthusiasts. This is my first time posting on these forums, and I figured what better way to christen this account than to drop an idea that came to me a while ago? Are you a lore junkie? Do you enjoy reading books that tell of the downfall of emperors, or a certain set of emblems that tell of the righteous battles between dragons and mortals? Has your crusader wished that they could see the legendary Pelinal Whitestrake meet his end at the hands of the vengeful Ayleid kings, reaffirming his or her faith? Has your warlord ever wanted to see how Tiber Septim led his army to victory? Perhaps your scholar wishes they could have beared witness to the Champion of Cyrodil taking down the emperor-murdering Cult of the Mythic Dawn? Well the mod I had an idea for is something that, if made reality, could allow such things. What if there was a mod that incorporated some sort of time-jumping to get the player to experience those events first-hand? Perhaps a lich ripped a tear into the fabric of reality with intent to rewrite history closer to his liking? Maybe a daedric prince just wants to see what mortals would do with such power? Maybe Akatosh wants the Dragonborn to see the past and learn from it? ... Or maybe the Dwemer just had some fanciful machine that could do that? That's the idea, not sure if it's been requested before, but I wanted to throw it out there on the off chance someone finds it interesting enough to work on. I'd imagine it wouldn't be difficult to write for either, since the main points are already in the books themselves, the rest would be artistic freedom and how long you want the gameplay to last. Thank you so much for your time in reading this. I hope, at the very least, it has inspired you to think up better ideas than mine. Cheers!
