Does anyone know where the files that contain the research reports that pop up once you finish a research project are In the Long War files? Or is there a list of such reports made and cataloged elsewhere?

I've been having this exact same problem myself. The only way I got around this was by going back to Jorrvaskr and using the console to skip me to the end of the quest. Fortunately, the other quests in this chain work just fine, but I could really go for someone figuring out what the flippin' heck is going on here.
