So Idiot Savant is typically considered to be kinda a bit much, right? (or am I just making that up) Anyways, I had an idea while trying to come up with a character concept. What if Idiot Savant allowed you to pick a perk you normally couldn't access, under 2 conditions. 1. The SPECIAL requirement for that perk has to be equal to or less than your Luck. (For instance, someone with Luck 8 but not Intelligence 8 could pick Robotics Expert.) 2. You have to be whatever level you would have to be normally for that perk. And then this is open past that. You could make it so that you have to pick the same perk, or have to pick a different perk. Maybe you make it so that you can only pick a perk that is equal to or less than half your luck (rounded down). Maybe you couldn't pick a perk past a certain threshold. Anyways, I don't know how possible this is, but I think it would be pretty cool, and it'd open up some interesting character ideas!

Oh, hey, awesome. Yeah, like you said, it's not totally perfect, but it'll do for a start. I still, personally, wouldn't consider this one solved 'till there's a more elegant solution that doesn't require you to mess around with console commands and such. But then again I'm kind of picky.

This is a pretty simple request, but it'd mean a lot to me. A mod that lets you choose what gender your spouse is, so you can be canonically gay, (or bi or what have you) right at the start. It'd be a little odd having your spouse sound exactly the same as you, and you'd have to tinker some of the dialogue and stuff (if you go female/female you'd have to figure out some way for your spouse to have been in the army, for instance), but I think it'd be worth it. Yes, I know your kid's appearance is based off you and your spouse's appearance, but with fallout's crazy levels of technology, I don't think it's out of the question that somebody perfected the bone marrow thing (female/female) or found some way to put both father's genes in a surrogate mother or something (male/male).
