Hey, no idea if this is still relevant for you, but I had the same issue, so I went into my \Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\Meshes\actors\character\animations\female folder and deleted all files that started with mt_ That has cleared up the issue for me, my sound is back now.
