Hey guys, I'm basically thinking of making a water on lens mod, which will basically add water on the camera after you exit water... The only problem is: I've just started the Creation Kit, and I'm completely new to modding (but not to code, textures, etc). Is there a way for me to get started on this? I'm already making a texture for it as we speak.
