I re-installed through Uninstaller and deleted a programs files directory with all files, but nothing happens

I have an issue... I played TES4 Oblivion with no mods, but when, I finished all quests, I wanted to add mods. I added Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul mod, and when I tried to start game, it just crashes with message "Oblivion has stopped working." I re-installed game about 10x, and now i cant even play without mods, same message when go inside the game, maybe solution, i don't know, help please. Thanks.
