If I understand correctly, "failing for the first time" means you talked to her about it, correct? I haven't spoken to her on that file yet. Edit: Yea the dialogue option didn't go away for me either D:

Im very frustrated with hearthfire right now. Im trying to buy the children's bedroom. When Jorleif asks me what I want to buy it says "Children's Bedroom ([...] gold). When I buy it noting appears in Hjerim (and all other houses). Im guessing it has to do with the [...] gold thing. Any help? PS I play on PC, so I can move around files, if necessary :)

"stage 57 not found" EDIT: Got it was stage 60 :D Thanks ::D EDIT:: DAMNIT NOW HES STUCK IN THE LAB >:( Once again the command says "stage 65 not found" wtf EDIT::: Got it it was stage 100 >_>

Well I did try all of those except using console to finish the quest. What might those commands be?

Hey So we are all aware that Erandur (Waking Nightmare Guy) is very glitchy. Well When I get to the library he doesnt say anything he stays still and wont ask me to find the dreamstride. I've tried everything the wiki says and ive tried all forum suggestions... Is there a console command to activate the dialouge? Anything?
