I've always felt that the game would be more fun if you got an ability score improvement AND a feat every fourth level, rather than an either/or choice. I hope and suspect it might be a simple case of just adjusting a value somewhere, though I have no idea which one, where or how as I have never created a mod before and don't know where to begin. I think this would be a fun mod for people who want to have all their characters be able to play instruments and go on tour as the Tadpole Heads, the hottest new band in Faerun.
