Ok so I looked around for this and no one seems to have this problem that I have. I'd been to the Hotel Rexford earlier and recruited the Vault-tec Rep but he still hasn't shown up to Sanctuary so I figured I'd run back to the hotel and see if he's just standing around still, thats where it gets weird. I go to Goodneighbor and up the hotel doors like normal but instead of telling me the name of the place or whatever, it just says "open" and acts like a cupboard door and the like. Doors open up and then I'm left with a "close" option, doesn't even try to load up the hotel interior. I tried using the Trouble Brewin' quest to maybe jump start the hotel again, and now I just have Buddy standing outside and I can't interact with him either just says "this individual is busy". Anybody know what I can do to fix this?
