I'm hearing u on that. I had BDO also. Not blaming any1 u c.....no way to know who's got what. Guess it's always been "modding at ur own risk". lol Hmmm--didn't even think about that connection between BDO and Delphine's Followers--I got BDO installed on my new toon and currently working with Delphine right now. Oh boy ^..^

I went ahead and started all over. Too much going on to fix. I'm sure that some mods were affecting all the NPC's behavior. Just couldn't tell which ones. Sapphire was the most affected it seemed. Thnx again for the input, I'll try to be more cautious. There were 3 .txt files. Can't recall their titles now though. Shoulda labeled them. Sorry about that.

Think u r right about either starting over or going way back. I do truly appreciate u looking into this. I may start over with just a few must-have mods. What will happen if I kill Sapphire (and don't resurrect her)? And, can I have a few mods installed b4 I get to the create character pane (on a new start)---so as to have a few more cosmetic options when creating a new toon? Thnx again. Trijjicon

Sapphire is indeed messed up--she won't follow even though the drop-down window commands come up. I personally escorted Lydia back to the Jarl Home and had her "sit". She was still there sitting when I picked her back up this morning. At least I can get her outa Breezehome. What if I kill Sapphire? Think she might reset? I can't get that prid command to do anything though. Yes, I did do the Shadr debt quest.

I found the Files u r looking for. When I highlight them and copy----move to ur post and click paste--paste is greyed out??? Also, where r these Steamworks Mods?

I'm searching files/folders--right? Was nothing there either for DLClist.txt.

Yup---no dialogue from Delphine when I brought her another follower. U think when I said no to Delphine to let her have Lydia, that ended the script dialogue? Nothing came up when I did a Search for Skyrim Plugins.txt. U just want a list of my Plug-In Mods?

Not any Mods that would increase follower level...not to my knowledge anyway.

Gen Tullis killed Ulfric and I didn't know a truce had to be had between them b4 Whiterun Jarl would agree to let me capture a Dragon for SafeKeeping in Dragonsreach. How best to work around this, plz?

Most I've read about this say--Delphine needs 3 but my quest says 10. I had Lydia with me when I ran into Delphine and when she asked about Lydia---I said no but it must have counted for I was then 1/10. Any other Followers (from said list) I took to her she said nothing??? How do I get around this?

The mysterious building is the Breezehome I'm assuming. Guess that's the way it looks b4 puchasing upgrades. And yup, after I asked Lydia to follow---Sapphire "acted" like she was gonna follow--all the commands came up but she just went and sat down in another chair. I did have othe Sapphire quests when I was playing 2 different characters at once. I deleted my female toon and deactivated/deleted all the mods associated with my female toon. But some musta have remained. What might I do to get Sapphire and Lydia to go "home"? ie--get out of my Breezehome--I didn't marry either of them. Haven't married any1 yet. TY I have not done "Stabilized".

I used TCL to go thru door...lol I was like in the air and could only c the building she was in..is that the way TCL works? I tried unlock but it wouldn't work. I just gave up. Thought, what the hey--I need to buy Breezehome anyways. And low and behold..there she was!! But the building I saw with TCL was not what it appears in-game. I got her to follow me around and we even went and did a quest together. Just as we were about to exit Breezehome--in walks Lydia!! Talk about messed-up scripting as u guys mentioned earlier. Sapphire is indeed bugged but will do as commands say but some of speech is not there. Funny though--until today I had nvr owned Breezehome or any home. And I nvr offerred to marry either of them. Sapphire wound up wearing gear I have.. but nvr even gave her yet?? There were dialogue exchanges (very funny exchanges too) between Sapphire and Lydia I'd nvr heard. Oh wells---I got 2 Sweetheart roommates xD. :P (to b continued)-- too funny PS--I've alrdy deleted 1 toon and my best save is at least 10 lvls back--no can do on deleting this 1 (unless game finally crashes)--note to self--leave well-enough alone xD

It's all that--not recommended console-use stuff that keeps me from trying to do this...lol. But I surely do wanna know where it is she is. Still debating on trying this or not. U think it'd b safe just to move to her and unlock door? Uuumm--no way to know, is there? Let me ponder this some more. Thnx

I have used console to get to her but was no way out--door is locked and requires a key. How can we get out to see where this place is? I even asked her to unlock the door but she said....no can do lol Thnx for the bring her to me command....wait wait :P I could change time (T) and c if door opens??? Good news/bad news....:) :( I located Sapphire but she is in a building with a lock that requires a key--the exit on door says...Whiterun!!! Can u even believe that :) It has stacks of wood and hay all around in it..1 double-bed on ground lvl--not owned--single bed in Loft--owned--she's sitting at a table and looks like she's been on a 3day drunk--Just kidding. Now, I know of only 1 House (Breezhome) that would require a key to get in...and if that is Breezhome--I don't think I'd want it lol. Is there another building that requires a key? Curiosity is killing me now. And why would Bethesda go do that to Miss Sapphire? xD Oh, forgot to mention----she was indeed interested and would follow...was just no way to get us out of that building. Please advize.

I thank you for replying and providing this info. I didn't actually ask Sapphire to marry me (Yet--lol)--was just thinking about it and read somewhere to go get Mara Amulet and put it on. And you would get something like---you interested line. But as I said, haven't even seen Sapphire since then to even see if the line comes up. I'll look in the places you guys said look. TY

Since putting on the Mara Amulet, I've not seen Sapphire. Not in Bee & Barb--ground lvl or upstairs--Not in Flaggon or Cistern--not in Training Room or in her bed. Where might I look for her now? (This all after paying Shadr debt and having her tell me abit of her past). I've advanced time (T) key while in Cistern for over 24hrs and she nvr walked by. TY for any help.

With BDO installed and doing the pre-reqs for Sapphire and getting option to ask her to follow--she said----seems u aldy have 1. How come she said that? Do I have to b a member of Thieves Guild?

Just did my first attemp trying something with Creation Kit. When I double-clicked Toon I was gonna change--Preview Full-The Pane was so bid I could barely c the tip of her sword or armor or whatever it was. I could spin it around but nvr could get it small enough to c her. How do I minimize the Pane?
