I'm a car guy also---- and this is a great idea!!!! would be a really cool mod!!

I download this blueprint back in Nov 2019---But never seem to get the mod list right has anyone used this blueprint, and had everything load----if so can someone let me know the mod list requirements with versions need. I looked at the mod list that loaded when using transfer settlements but still having missing structural elements in architecture and some landscape I have been in contact with the MOD AUTHOR and he no longer has the blueprint or the mod list ---- since he deleted the mod
