Octopusasix

So I have bad habit of making my characters good at everything so I allocated my perks really bad and now he's not good at anything nor bad at anything and he sucks becouse of that. Anyone know how to reset them so I can relocate them? Reset them or something like that? Cheats or mods? Anything?
