Anyone able to point me towards the water tool for this... I don't mean the base water level, I mean the flowing rivers. I know how to add effects on top of water and what not, but I can't figure out how to just add the basic water into areas. Any tips/how-to's?

I was wondering this myself... I loaded just the master.esm and got a few warnings on load (Yes to All'd through it). Wondering if the Update.esm is good or not.

High res text pack is now up as DLC on steam. CK any minute now I'm expecting, since they just added some links on steam for it, but you can't get it yet.

Couldn't agree more with kitsuneshoujo on that one. I for one don't really "roleplay" in my games, however I feel like either way you're still doing the same thing just enjoying it in two different ways. So you can either enjoy playing with interactive dolls by pretending you are part of their world, or you can play with interactive dolls and pretend to be some omniscient being watching it all unfold before you. To each their own.

Well to be honest, no you wouldn't have... The construction set isn't even out yet! And a mod of that size is incredibly time consuming, however there is something similar to this currently being worked on. The title is YouRule. The purpose of the mod is to put you in the shoes of a Jarl and lead a settlement from the dirt to riches or whatever you see fit.
