I have no idea what i did, but the problem just went away.

Sanctuary in my save file is experiencing the power grid scrap crash. The only answer that's ever pointed to is R2K's gameplay mods with it's Power Grid Tools plugin, and Workshop Framework which includes PGT. The problem is, PGT doesn't work on next gen. Does anyone know how I could manually fix the issue, or possibly find an alternative solution?
