Okay so, I have a problem. This is probably a really old topic that has been discussed like a billion or so times before, but no matter where I look I still can't find the answer that fixes my problem. Right now I am using a MacBook Pro 15 inch. (latest version) with pretty much the best specs you could ask for. To play Skyrim SE, I used BootCamp (software specifically designed for Mac users to convert their system to a Windows operating system to install Windows 10). I am now trying to install mods MANUALLY for Skyrim SE so I can access older mods that have not yet been ported over. I've tried it like 20 times now but I still can't get old mods to work for Skyrim SE. (Downloading mods via NexusModManager works fine tho) --THE BELOW INFORMATION IS NOT NECASSARILY RELEVANT BUT MIGHT HELP-- Couple of weird things real quick- -Before downloading Windows 10, Microsoft said I needed to install the "anniversary version" of Ws10, and then I would later install the "creators version" to complete the process, but... -BootCamp Assistant would not accept the anniversary version so I tried the creators version and then it started the download Fast forward to now-ish -I have recently educated myself on the basics of installing mods -I have tried to install CBBE (Yes, the sexy mod [Don't hate, appreciate]) -I read the Q and A section of her mod description and one of the reasons for the mod to be totally unresponsive in-game (not even there) is that some users who have installed the anniversary update for Windows 10 have permission issues that interfere with the mod itself I didn't install the anniversary update, at least that I'm aware of, so I can't imagine what I would be doing wrong if that didn't matter.
