You're probably looking for this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55085/ It says it has a Weapon FOV scale slider which is what I think is what you're looking for. Also I can't believe you've never heard of Aim Down Sights (ADS) before, dubiousintent.

I was told to put my problem here so; I've encountered a bit of a problem with dead bodies in Skyrim, which causes them to go into t-pose and back to it's original position over and over again with brief pauses at times but not often, this also makes them fling around in random directions and smash into everything, there isn't much else I can tell since I don't know what it's caused from. Also I'll put my load order right here if it's to any help:

So I've recently run into a problem with Skyrim when I kill an enemy or any kind of AI/npc that the game freeze and everything but the sound (like background noise etc.) stops and the music keeps playing but I can't do anything but force the game to close with task-manager. I've looked everywhere for a fix but not even Google could help me with that, so I have to resort to asking about it. I have also tried disabling all plug-ins with NMM but that still doesn't help, I'm seriously confused to what could've caused this problem because of like I said, disabling all mods and plug-ins didn't do anything, the same thing happens with and without mods. I really have no idea what could be causing it, because everything else works just fine for some reason. So I recently re-installed Oblivion and downloaded a couple of mods I wanted to try out, but my problem is the following. In the beginning of the game, I create my character, still no problem. After the Dunmer in the cell opposite is done talking about how I will rot in my cell etc etc, he says that the guards are coming for me and immediately after one of the guards say "Baurus, Lock that door behind us" the game just freezes right after and I can't do anything. So I thought that it was because of the custom race I was using I decided to create a generic imperial man, and after the dialogue with the dunmer the guards come and say the same "Baurus, Lock that door behind us" and the game once again freezes and stops responding. I've tried a lot of things but nothing seems to work at all, this is making me very confused to why it freezes like that right after the sentence, I'd really appreciate some help for this problem.
