Its located in Documents/MyGames/FalloutNV ... the Documents under the user profile you play the game under ... if there is more than one. Go ahead and rename both " Fallout.ini & FalloutPrefs.ini " by inserting "Bak" in the name before ".ini" for example ... which is just a precaution , where as when the new ones work ... then you delete the old. And the new ones get created by launching the game. I'm guessing you didn't make any changes to them ... but if you did ... you would then change the new I think I've solved it, thank you
