[Skyrim crashing on startup. Need help please!]

Problem solved! Turns out that the problem was Steam; after an update for Steam the game starts working again. Thank you guys for your help.

I tried disabling the merge patch and it still did not fix the problem. I will try you suggestion though.

I have the latest version of SKSE. I have the merged patch just for extra stability.

I just start up Skrim and the Skyrim Community Uncapper comes up and then it says that Skyrim has stopped working. I have tried using TESVEdit and BOSS and still no results. I have also cleaned all of my mods that require cleaning as well. Any response would be appreciated.
