No matter the preset I chose for the female sole survivor it always loads up a huge lipped and super round face I have all the mods installed for multiple presets but the end result is always the same. So my npc's have holes (missing textures) in the females hips, after sex my character's breast blow up to ridiculous scales, and with a little sexy appeal replacer npc's keep their skirts while my character's ass is in full view.
