Hey guys I know this is a while ago but my computer wont let me uncheck read only when I hit apply it says it does it but when I go back it says read only again. I am on windows ten.

Hey guys I ran into a dumb decision and killed doc croacker for the detective quest and can no longer get tattoos or facial reconstruction. I was just wondering if there was a work around or if someone could start on a mod to add more places for surgery and tattos.
