I have a question for anyone who can answer it: Is it possible to remove race/class restrictions of an armor through cheat engine? If so, how????

Ive tried that but it still keeps crashing

So I've had a few mods installed for a while now. Before they ran smoothly with no problems at all. Recently I downloaded a new mod, but I saw that it made my game crash, so I deleted the mod. It's deleted, but my game is still crashing! I didn't have problems with my mods before. I'd really appreciate it if someone could lend me a hand here Here's a photo of the current mods I have installed
