Sorry for reviving this, going to leave my solution that turned out to be different from the ones above. If you are running the xEdit through MO2 and get this issue, try deleting the existing plugin files in \AppData\Local\Skyrim Then run the game launcher through steam. It will recreate the files for you and the issue will be resolved. Apparently just copying or making the files manually does not work for reasons

We already had such a topic, but it was only about 3 heroes. And actually now it looks like all same heroes are here.

I do not use compass at all. Stick to the roads, they have signs. And use spell that shows path to the quest object, if completely lost. Also, i carry only one bedroll with me, and only weapons/armor that can be placed on character. Like 1 bow+1 sword+shield+1-2daggers+one more (second sword/staff/2h weapon) usually too heavy to carry all that, so now i stick with extra fire staff. Also, i carry with me only things that may fit in the backpack. And dump all other into horse. In saddle bags i have one tent+firewood+some food and extra gear (a crossbow+sword+winter gear in case i need to go to pale-i wear glass armor, which is not good in case of keeping warm) Ow, i use mod that adds weight to gold, so i cant carry all my money with me. And bying a house was an issue, since i could not carry that much gold)))

Same here LOL This is not an issue, really. I guess this can be caused by SkyRe races module, since i also have SkyRe, and that is the only one that should affect character creation

I did not mean to insult you, and i immediatly understood that you are new to modding So yeah, obviously you need to restart programms in cases like this) I would recommend you to use a "launch custom skyrim" in NMM. this way you can launch skse right throught the manager itself. Useful, when adding/removing mods.

Dude, sorry to say that, but you dont get how it works) You say that you use NMM and BOSS Then how you missed DG and DB being not active? When on the mod page says you need a dlc, this means you need it to be active, not just installed, so that the content can be used by mods. Anyway, check in NMM if all the ESPs are active and in the right order. Then launch your game with SKSE. When you launch game using steam, it does not use skse, which causes all kinds of issues with mods that depend on skse. This is why you got a UI error.

Try warburgs map retexture - there is an option with no player map marker. There also was an old mod for map settings, that allowed to show on map only some icons, that you choose and with an option to hide player marker. Unfortunately cant provide any links( -

I think traders in small towns should sell high-levelled loot, but with a very low chance (very very very low, actually). I also think that they should never sell dragonbone and daedric items, or sell them with even lower chance and/or only after player finishes several stages in mq. I will also suggest, that usual traders should have a very low chance of selling magical items, spell tomes, and maybe scrolls/soulgems. Enchanted items should appear in general stores, blacksmiths and enchanters, but with lower chance at blacksmiths and even at lower- in general stores. -
Still, that vanilla system is just not logical. Why skeletons or draugrs or dwemer machines in one place are stronger than in another? No sense. And what you suggested might look probable, except its not an immersive levelling at all, imho. For me immersive means probable, and different levelled creatures in different parts of world is not that. At least for me. And thats why there are many game overhauls. The method described here makes mid-game much easier, low-level game stays same as vanilla, and high-level game should be really difficult And now when i remember my first playthrough with no mods, it was easy on low levels, harder on medium (levelling longer, creeps stronger) and just absurd on high levels, since some enemies were one-hit dead, and others were beating crap out of me. Also, another aspect: levelled lists will contain things for 1 level, unlevelled containers and unique items will be real treasures, but all enemies wil have low-level loot. Which makes sense in most cases.

Would an Orc join the imperials or the stormcloaks?

How about orcs-magic users? We see several of them in mages guild and in college. Using magic, i guess, does not go along with Code? Since its not a true strength of body... And this means magician orcs are not Malacath worshippers... My point is, someone who is in Mages Guild is defenetly on the same side with the Legion But as soon as College of Winterhold is an independent group...On the other hand Stormcloaks like true nords should dislike magic... So i guess no orc can be welcome on the side of Ulfric -
If you have no mods, thats absolutely a software/hardware issue. Since you reistalled your system, most possibly its a hardware problem. You gave a very detailed information, and basicly already half-solved your issue. You know that the problem is in how your pc memory is used by the game. Or may be how your pc generally uses and manages memory. So... im unfortunately not good at soving this kind of issues... Hope you can solve it.

Well, PerkUp will cause problems, i guess, since it affects perks. MidasSkyrim (is midas magic, right?) also will cause issues, since spells in skyre are different Sneak tools can also cause troubles, but not shure, since i never used them. Same with AI mods like Ultimate combat. I never used myself, but there also may be issues. So you will need to install the one you prefer. SkyRe has optional installer, you can skip enemy AI module and be fine. You have many armor mods and all that kind of mods, so you will need to run a reproccer Also, remember the limit of mods, which you are close to. SkyRe has several modules, that are separete .esps IMHO if you overwrite things in correct order, you can get a pretty stable game. Just be shure to find the right order to overwrite files. Edit: Generally i agree with what Hyacathusarullistad posted. The more mods, the more troubles.

I guess you are not supposed to hunt dragons with no equipment If you cant beat a bandit leader, you need a follower, right? And in vanilla you should be just fine, since enemies are same level as you are, which actually makes you a lot stronger. Since you get skill points and HP/MP/SP, but do not level up. I wonder, though, if Stratgan uses any other mods, like increased damage or combat overhauls

Why this events bother you? Its a nice story development. Vampires killed some inoccent citizens. Isn't that what should happen in case they visit a city? I mean, consider it as part of a story. No offence, but what you call a problem is just your vision of what should not happen. And this is wrong, since in open game world murders happen. If you see dead travellers, do you resurrect them? I guess no... So why named npcs are different?))
