You can't skip those because they are scenes and not standard dialogue. Technically the lines could be pulled into a more standard dialogue structure but features like being pulled into the sky by Meridia while talking with her wouldn't be possible in the dialogue only version. It's also possible that conditions could possibly be added to provide some ability to skip at least parts of them. But in both cases the changes would be a huge amount of work which is probably why no one has done it.

People get knocked out before they finish taunting in real life. You simply acknowledge the taunt or use it as an opportunity to end the fight.
Skyrim is not IRL and all i want to do is make it a little bit more difficult without messing with power levels. These taunt and wakeup animations are too long! You can swing greatword 2-8 times before they end.

Enemies sometimes lock themselves in useless "taunt" animations midcombat and get killed.
On the other hand we got ourselves waking up bandits, draugrs, dragon priests. These guys can die or be near death before they finish wake up animation, seriously its so long.
I wonder why noone from modding community adressed such glaring game mechanic issue.

But NPC health are not enough for me... and it shows it only in combat and it's very annoying that it shows health of all enemies around you and not just in target.
I want to see enemy level to be sure that illusion spells or poisons work, i want to see HP to be sure if i can one shot kill it with dual dagger sneak attack
and if i playing mage i don't want to hit with wrong element and barely do any damage.

Never seen any good mod on nexus that shows detailed info about a enemy/NPC that is being targeted.
I want to see HP, Level, Floating damage numbers(maybe even colored for elemental damage)
Possibly some icons that will show if target have resistance more than 20% or immunity to elemental damage.
I think many people wanted to see such useful mod, so try to make one and be endorsed and loved.
If there is already such a mod please give me a link and forget about my post.
P.S. please don't bother with some crappy messages about "skyrim doesn't need that!" or "go back to wow fgt" i will just ignore troll-comments and you will waste your time.

Anybody know a mod that adds ranged weapon for quick poisoning? It can be one time use throw dagger, 1H x-bow.
Requirements:
1)it should be fast to fire(no preparation or charge up)
2) fast switching to main weapon or magic (no long animation to put it away)
3) do next to no damage and serve only as poison applier
