Fallout 3 Freezing Fixed! ... but NO SOUND

Just adding to confirmed solutions to the problem of Fallout 3 freezing with sound playing. I changed iAudioCacheSize from 2048 to 4096 and I haven't experienced the crash in ~2 hours.
