Same boat here. I simply start the Creation Kit and it crashes once it loaded into the editor.

I would like to know this as well, and incase it is possible to rescue the said save file before its to late. And waht sort of a breaking bug it would be in this case.

That is correct. What you could do is to delete the exe files, such as Fallout4.exe, teh launcer and let steam verify teh files. It will check waht is outdated and update acordingly. Extract the script extender again jsut to be safe.

Its becasue you are still using the pre-creation club update but you installed the new version of teh script extender. You could let it update again and the script extender sould work fine.
