I just installed SkyrimRedone two days ago and all the mods I was informed it would need to work with my other mods, and ever since then my game has been crashing only a few minutes after start-up. I've been searching for hours for a fix but none of the forums I've found have had solutions that have worked for me, though it's possible I've missed some since there are so many. I'll post my load order below, please help me if you can. Hey, so I was wondering if it would be at all possible to make a mod (or find a mod) where the user sets a date, and when it reaches that date, maybe a sound plays and a notification pops up. My reasoning behind this is due to the fact that i love to gather materials for various projects when building or crafting, rather than just buying them. What i tend to do is gather what i can, then wait in game and periodically check back to see if resources have respawned. This works....okayish but I'd love to be able to simply set a reminder that in one month (in game) i should go back to gloombound and mine all dat ebony right up! lol. Its simply a matter of convinence so if its not possible, i get it :P but it'd be cool if it was :D I'm also willing to give making it a shot, (learning papyrus recently) however im not particularly skilled so making it myself if it were even possible would be very dificult to get it to work well... if you know of a mod that already has this feature , please let me know! :D

Hey! I know that modding isn't simple haha but I was wondering if anybody knew where I could find a good beginners guide to adding and modifying UI elements with SkyUi's mcm, as well as using SKSE if needed. My goal is to add (even tho there's likely already something like this im sure of it) three bars for the "Realistic Needs and Diseases" mod to have a more visual representation of hunger, thirst, and tiredness (maybe i'll add drunkenness down the line but for now these are my primary needs)...i do know there is a "RND 2.0" mod but its not made by the same guy and i have no idea how it will affect my game, plus the UI elements simply show up when you need food, and don't tell you how much to eat or how close to starvation you may be. so basically i'd like to know, how to add a bar to the game, how to set its value periodicially (or however skyrim's ui update system works) and how to make it modifiable with skyUI... and yes...i did google...all i found were install guides for popular UI mods lol, im bad at finding things on the internet so i have to ask here :P...thanks for the help!!!!

MAN I FEEL DUMB!!!! it was the fps weapon wheel mod!!!! hahaha there's a setting to change its default keybindings and it normally by default uses the scroll wheel so it locks 3rd person (no clue why it locks wait but whatever). and on my last character i just happened to change those keybindings to up and down instead of the scroll wheel on the mouse thus getting rid of the problem. for anobody with this problem simply go into the MCM and change the "weapon scroll up" and "weapon scroll down" to ANTYHING ELSE lol. just NOT SCROLLWHEEL. sorry for the long post anybody who bothered to read it all XD

UGGGG this issue has been PISSING ME OFF for the past like 2 hours!!!!!! So i'll give you some backbround..i have about...40 hours on a save. its my first real go at new vegas and i FINALLY beat the game!! :D didn't do nearly as much as i could have but thats not the point. i enjoyed every minute of it! i played the entire game with a controller problem free! with several mods installed again problem free.... so im looking to start a new game right? i have ultimate edition so all dlc is ready to be done lol considering i didn't do it on my last run through (among many other things :P) but......now i get this infuriating issue!!!!! Basically after starting a character (AFTER...not during, but moments after leaving doc's house . just as the light fades) the LB and back buttons stop doing what they should....and i can't fathom why. i can use them to set hotkeys so the game is recognizing button presses. its just not handling them what so ever.. and yet...when using Keyboard&mouse both controls work fine... additionally when in third person (getting there from my keyboard) i can use the controler to go back to first person, but not back out to 3rd person again it works for a split second then stops working after the quest objective is displayed......yes i tried using "enableplayercontrols" that did absolutely nothing to help.... i did add some mods as well mind you. i added a few graphical mods really. plus more perks and a few others detailed in my mod list below. keep in mind. I was wondering if there are any upgradeable house mods like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18480/? where its sort of "story" based and lets you build your house up as you go? i'd like a house to "invest" in so to speak. something that may start off as a small shack but over time get bigger and has more useful features. but of course, for new vegas lol

So i'm teaching myself to script papryus using some wiki info and i've run into a situation i can't seem to figure out. I'm designing a basic test spell, which when activated should last 10 secconds, and change the player speedmult value to 200 instead of 100. now i had a script before that changed it back to 100 but i figured the engine woud do that for me. not sure tho, but for some reason, i think i did the script wrong. or i'm not setting up my magic effect page correctly. http://i.imgur.com/P5RqZzF.png heres what it looks like so far. and here's my script source Scriptname newscript function speedup() player.forceAV(speedmult,200) endfucntion i'm still not quite sure the santax of papryus so its entirely possible that the whole script is just plain wrong XD i get no errors when compiling but for some reason, i don't quite trust the compiler to tell me EVERYTHING :o any help is appreciated! but remember, I'M NEWWWWW to this haha. i did research but most tutorials out there just don't explain things well enough so that i can understand it properly.

it does say he's a newbie :P and i don't know of one specifically but i'm sure theres a mod that lets you customize the menu the way you want. i know at the very least you can get a spinning emblem. as far as changing what the emblem is, not sure

is there a way/mod that could be used so that once skse loads skyrim it plops you right in where you last left off, instead of having to wait for the main menu logo, and pressing continue and enter? not a big deal obviously, its just nice to not have to deal with that stuff when i know exactly what i want. its tedium thats all.

maybe to have your own children instead of adoption. you can mary i don't see why you couldn't rais a child as well. the way they did adoption kind of dissapointed me. it would be cool to have your kid grow up before you and when they get older you can teach them things like hunting and such, then send them out in the world to gather and live. and maybe even have kids of their own? just for immersion that would be cool alone. but think, if you had a son/daughter, maybe you could send them on misc quests. or even make your own quests in game to test there skils. it would be like sims for skyrim haha.

this may have been asked before but theres a minecraft mod out there for minecraft called WAILA. and what it does is when you mouse over any item in the game it can tell you exactly what "package" or mod or whatever, it came from. in skyrim this would play out as, mouse over a tankard it would say skyrim.esm/esp, select a crossbow, it would say daungard.esp/esm is there something like that for skyrim at all. it gets very frustrating when i get an item in the game from some random npc that i never saw before and i have no idea what the item is, where it came from, or what its for. knowing what mod its from gives me the ability to look up its purpose with much more accuracey rather than just hoping that searching the item name on google provides sufficiant results. and when its a very generic item like deamon collar, i get very annoyed because it makes it impossible to find out where it goes...thanks all

So i'm making my very first ANYTHING with the creation kit. so far its going quite well. to be specific its a player home located just outside white run underneath the whiterun watch tower (as in i have a trapdoor leading to the cell that my hideout is) its so far going to act somewhat like the dovhakiin hideout did where there will be ways to access all the various holds over skyrim giving easy and free travle early in the game. my problem is that there is a certain tile space, just big enough for a single celing piece to fit into, that whenever i try to put one there, the object completely dissapeares and i have no way to select or remove it without using the cell view object editor section. i have absolutely NO idea what on earth is going on as when i try and put an object into that location, it is fine just untill it clicks perfectly into place, then it dissapeares...not sure what is going on not really sure a screenshot will help but ill try anything that can be suggested. thanks! ALSO i can't seem to duplicate a certain celing object that is adjacent to this invisible black hole lol, its a corner piece thats sucking things up, and on either side, one is fine, and the other one can't be duped. not sure why that is. also if it helps. both the one that can't be duped, and the black hole space, were in a green bounding box thing earlier, can't remember what it was called but i deleted it. i hit one of the m buttons on the top (can anybody tell me what those do!!?? because i can't find that info freaking anywhere!! like...seriously...) anyways. thanks ppl for da helpz! lol p.p.s. (i just started using the creation kit yesterday, with about 1 tutorial in me so don't e surprised if i haven't the slightest clue what you suggest. please be very specific if you're able too! thank you!

is this still a thing? because holy crap would this help newbies who don't know where anything is!!! i've been messing about for a day or so and i'm having just the hardest time! it would be cool to see everything in even more specific catagories other than just where they are in the world. i'd like to see all the wall lamps, all the beds, all the bed rolls, all the doors, all the barrels, ect ect. this would be an amazing project to see finished if it hasn't been done already!!!!
