So I've been having trouble with my load order. game keeps crashing when i enter or exit a building or get near the major cities. here is my load order listed HERE

So i have a ton of mods, most armor and weapons. maybe one or 2 overhauls but anyway. I have Alternate Start. I choose what i want to do, and it crashes before the loading screen. so i tried a different outcome, didn't do it. great. so I'm running around butchering all of Solitude and CRASH. it crashes when i either get close to a hold capital, when entering a building/ exiting. and anything to do with the East side of the map. My mod list is listed HERE. Can someone help me with my Load Order if that's the issue. In case you're wondering, yes i ran LOOT and fixed the problems with TES5edit but it still crashes.
