With this mod i can raid Sanctuary! https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/36989 Before install mod, just accept Preston's propose (Open season).. then do some Minutmen quest and you can move their to another settlement (like The Castle). Before you do that, you can raid Sanctuary. PD: If you can't move Mamma Murphy, you need to use console commands: open console, click on Mamma Murphy and write this 3 line: addkeyword WorkshopAllowCommand addkeyword WorkshopAllowMove addkeyword WorkshopAllowCaravan after this you will have the option to move mamma murphy
