Curie seems to be applying some sort of glowing effect on any NPC's she attacks, with any weapon (including melee bashing), in both her robot and synth form. I'm not sure if it's caused by a mod, looking through my FO4 edit I'm not seeing anything specific. My question here is I am wondering what might be causing it, and if there is any way to disable the glowing effect shader. Pics attached are the effect I'm looking to be rid of. Help is appreciated, thank you. My mod list is as follows in the spoiler, but the only mods really affecting Curie herself would be Platinum Curie....to my knowledge.

Hey there. After fiddling with the mod Optics of New Vegas, I have been quite unable to add/extend the compatibility to the gauss rifle and YCS186...and was hoping someone else with the know how can show me how to do it, or maybe would be so kind as to do it themselves and share it publicly. UPDATE: I had apparently been subscribed to an old mod from long ago (Armorless dragonpriest masks) on the steam workshop. Unsubcribing from this mod got SKSE to launch just fine. Aurelia, check your subscribed mods on the workshop and see if unsubbing from them (if any) helps. -

Deleted folder in appdata, relaunched skyrim normally to make sure the base game reacquires any necessary files, then launched SKSE..........still nothing. Banging my head on the wall for this one, really need help. -

I did make sure to start the game with the normal launcher after the move and let it re detect the settings for my system yes. I'll check on the folder in Appdata/local/skyrim and see what I can do. Other help is more than appreciated. -
Good Evening, I am having some issues getting SKSE to load my vanilla copy of skyrim I have downloaded off steam. Normally I am very capable of trouble shooting and fixing things myself but, after removing every single mod past the games official DLC, re-installing and re-verifying the game numerous times...SKSE refuses to load the game. Things I've done. Bear in mind I've been modding successfully since Oblivions release, This is by no means my first rodeo. 1.) Moved my entire steam installation out of Programfiles(x86) and into C:/games/Steam. 2.)Deactivated every mod except for official DLC's using NMM. mod esp's are not present in load order. 3.) Completely deleted skyrim's folder in both my documents and in the steam folder for fresh re-install. 4.)Reinstalled SKSE numerous times, correctly. Skyrim by itself launches fine, SKSE refuses to load. Attached are some SKSE log files I can't make sense of. SKSE SKSE_loader SKSE_Steam_Loader My load order is as follows: Active Mod Files: Any help is greatly appreciated. I have exhausted all my knowledge on the matter. I have played and ran skyrim before heavily modded...so I have just no clue what broke and why.

Evening. I am having a problem with the mod found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35938/? There are other small bugs which I have fixed, But I am scratching my head over the fact that alternative ammunition types that are modded in (Buckshot, Pulse, Slug) are doing next to no damage. What values do I have to change to make these ammo types viable? I am using FOOK and Project Nevada, which may have rebalanced damage thresholds and other relevant information, causing this outside weapon mod to not preform the way its intended. Any help on this is appreciated. Thank you.

I can't seem to get my characters face to be something I'm truly satisfied with these days, in Oblivion it wasn't hard to find a custom head mesh that I liked and played with that in the editor...but I'm having trouble finding one for Skyrim. Does such a thing exist yet that someone is willing to point me to..or share? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

^^^ Not going to continue the quote period, but this is in response to the chain of posts ^^^ Her last name was Hlaaluu or something, that I do remember. as for meeting her 200 years ago...what is an elf's life span in the elderscrolls series? If its anything like most western RPG worlds, she could be very much still alive, as most elves I know of in lore(s) live into the thousands.

Bad company two was my first battlefield game...and I loved it. Played it pretty religiously, although it took me a long while to hit 50. (i mostly play rush..sorry battlefield vets, I know the 'true' mode is conquest). I absolutely love battlefield three. Played it on the console first, and then got a PC that can run BF3 with no issues what so ever....and I'm having an absolute blast. A lot of people are complaining about the campers or the CoD Kiddies.....all i can say in return is its *very* easy to uproot a camper....if there's no roof above their head use a mortar....they are designed to soften up fortified positions. If they're indoors, go around their spot. maps are designed to have multiple ways to get to the objective....hell, go around and get the camper from the direction they aren't looking. I never had an issue with the bullet damage either....realistically speaking if you get hit with anything coming out of a gun..chances are you arent going to be able to hold your aim point on anyone no matter what. at the very least you're going to flinch, at the worst you're gonna die before you hit the ground. But that's real life, battlefield is a quasi-realistic shooter, if you think people are dying too fast? play normal mode. If people are taking too many rounds before falling? play hardcore. The "CoD" kiddies, or people on their stereotypical intelligence level you are going to find in any game no matter what. Video gaming is becoming mainstream. we're all gonna have to deal with it.

I only play the PC version now...do not add me on the xbox, my dad plays my xbox version. http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/Bennelli/ (or just searh Bennelli ....its two L's...yea. i like the shotgun.) go ahead and add my PC name to your friends! I mostly play the support class, but am quite capable (but limited in the other classes by unlocks) to play anything..... Oh, I'm not good with flying jet's yet. -
I dont see this being a hardware issue either. No other game will crash like this for me. (although I havnt had the crash in some time.) I play RAGE, Farcry 2, Battlefield 3, and Skyrim mostly....and Rage/battlefield get the card at higher temperatures...about 58-60C.....skyrim will creep between 47-52C for me....

Just wondering, has anyone downloaded the new Nvidia drivers? version 290.53 beta? has these helped anyone at all? they where designed specifically to improve Skyrim's performance they say....any word? find the drivers here: http://www.geforce.com/News/articles/nvidia-geforce-290-53-beta-drivers-released

Yes, its necessary. The mods are all made/updated for version 1.3 of skyrim. They will not work on 1.1 -
After updating to the latest Nvidia beta drivers, ensuring I have the latest Direct X version, and using the latest ENBseries dll posted on this link a few times....My black screen crashes have stopped. Didn't need to under clock my card, and am running the game on high settings. I'll keep checking in here as of course I still have lingering worries about this issue. Good luck to everyone else.

My crashing too, is getting worse. For a good while the d3d9.dll posted in this forum thread has helped. when I downloaded version 7 a few days ago, it stopped my crashed completely. I would spend hours on end exploring skyrim and having 0 issues. Then I wanted to actually do the main quest at about level 26. I got to the first dragon fight at the tower outside of whiterun, and the game has been a black screening hell since. I've upgraded to the version 9 of the d3d9.dll and that at-least got me through the fight with Mirmulnir (it would consitently black screen right before the dramatic music would play that told me I absorbed its soul). Now I'm in a nordic crypt fighting a dungeon boss...and it black screened again. Im starting to suspect that game time is worsening the issues......It baffles me how bethesda didn't catch this bug during their development of the game....I really hope this gets fixed really soon. I fear the health of my system if I continue to play.

Bought skyrim for PC off steam last night (had it originally for my xbox) Having this issue myself. It will happen at any point for me it seems, and the symptoms are what people are reporting. Black screen, video feed to monitor stops, sound sputters out. my system: windows 7 home premium Nvidia geforce gtx 580 3gb intel i7 3.07ghz (8core?) 8gb RAM. Monitor: 1920x1080 1080p (its what Im running skyrim on fullscreen.Native resolution) I'll keep looking around for any leads or fixes. I am also running skyrim 4gb too.
