Is it possible to go down a level in New Vegas? Like go from level 40 back to 30. I need to know if you can do this, Because I downloaded a mod that has new perks and I'm almost at the maximum level and I'm too lazy to start a new character just to use those perks. So the point is I want to go back to level 40 and level up again and get the perks.
