  1. Hi Guys, I've been thinking, it would be nice to have all those vegetations in skyrim cause the enemy's detection to decrease when a player is sneaking in grasses or hidding in BUSHES. THAT WOULD REALLY MAKE THE GAMEPLAY BELIEVABLE in my opinion. It really made me wonder, why the enemy can see you when you are in grasses just as well as when there are no grasses, it's like as if the grasses do not affect visibility at all. I just thought that, with all those vegetation mods, it would be nice that if a script is created to detect whether the player is in grasses or bushes, and therefore cause the enemy detection to decrease or visibility to decrease. That would be awesome and immersive. That's all I'm asking, I don't know if such a mod exists, maybe it's there, maybe not. But, yeah, that's my suggestion.
  2. Greetings Everyone  I'm a lover of silent take-downs and I tried the mod "Sneak Tools" and it was awesome. I loved the way you can use the Pop up menu to select between "pick-pocket" and "slit throat" (and "feed" if a player is a vampire using better vampires mod). I was wondering "Wouldn't it be great if a similar mechanic(an activate action on condition of player being undetected and sneaking) that allowed selection of stealth kills in different animations? ...but then that would mean, the menu would be big or they can be grouped into groups like FNIS idle spells. In any case, I would be grateful if such mod did exist in Skyrim, it would make stealth more......satisfying...pleasing to the eyes of ones who enjoy stealth take-downs(me included). Obviously the animations have to be created and most likely replace an existing stealth kill animation (unless a sort of "frame-work" is created that allows such animations to be played....similar to sex-lab framework...the difference being..this is not sex....this is takedowns/ stealth kills(call it what you may)....but that would be too much to ask I know...so scratch that). The animations can be selected in Mod-Configuration-Menu on which animation to play when a player activates enemy on sneak and selects "take-down". Frankly, I got tired of slitting throats(it gets old after a while), how about , gentle suffocation hmmm? like Catwoman or Batman ....or.... more brutal silent kllls like the ones in the Tenchu Series. If you want references to these animations you can look at the links below Batman Arkham City (Catwoman Takedowns) (batman takedowns for male...it should be easy to "you-tube" from here: Tenchu 3 silent kills compilation here: Tenchu 2 silent kills compilation here: THESE ARE JUST REFERENCES...if people are going to work on this mod (I know it's asking too much) ...the animations don't have to be like the ones in the link. Please take note...All I'm REQUESTING is VARIATION...that's the main point....VARIATION. More than 1 way to silently send that Bandit to Sovengard or the Soul Cairn or Sithis. As the dark-brotherhood would say "kill well....and often".
  3. well....I am not running Frost Fall......I'm running..."Immersive beds" mod......but even before I was running immersive mods...I was having that problem of permanently closed eyes after sleeping in a bed(eversince the latest skyrim update)....but if I sleep in a "Traveller's bed roll" added by mod (I'm not sure which mod added the "traveller's bed roll" - either Aithir's camping tools or wet and cold or Realistic needs and diseases-all of which I'm running) ....BUT here is what I do to fix it.....simply open console command and type in "showracemenu"(no quotation marks) ....the character will open their eyes in the race selection menu....I don't change anything in the show race menu....I just proceed with "done" and just go back to game and the character's eyes are open again ^_^ ....you'd have to do this everytime you wake up though(as for me I'd have to do this only if I sleep in a bed...not a bedroll)....not very pleasant,is it?....but...as temporary fix....perhaps....I wish you well...I hope that helps...see ya around.
