QUESTION, Does this mod have an MCM menu?

I got on to play some Skyrim today just like I would normally. But for some reason.....I am not immersed in it at all, and I dont seem to have as much interest in it as I normally would. IDK, maybe its just a small faze. Anyway, could anyone help? *BTW the reason might be this. I have recently been going on a MASSIVE mod hunt for Skyrim, trying to find out how to install mods etc. Maybe I have kept my mind away from it for too long*
