It's happening on basically any mod page, I haven't encountered it on the search page yet. I don't have any browser-based adblock active, but I use Avast for my anti-malware and all recent scans have come up clean. I am in the US, specifically upstate NY. Other replies have provided accurate screenshots of the ad, it is just obnoxiously large and gives no warning before appearing

Why is an ad that large even in rotation? The actual content of the ad could fit in a side banner
