Oh, ok, I was watching youtube videos and they spoke of SE a lot. So, what's the difference between 64 and the older version?

I'm very VERY new to the whole modding thing. I just have skyrim, not special edition so does it matter what SKSE download I do?

Do I need to have SKSE64? Or is SKSE64 just for special edition?
