Radiation sickness for sure... vomiting, dizzyness, loosing Action Points randomly due to fatigue and stress from, well radiation... You're correct, loosing max health just doesn't do it...

I had similar issues with seeing objects through mountains... turned out to be ENB... started with injector version, but switched to wrapper version and the issue went away...

Just thowing in some more ideas, how about something that triggers an npc to steal from you, when near you. They don't show red until they turn on you, they steal from you, and then you have to chase them down. Anyways, I really like the idea of NPC's stealing from me, I can't be the only thief out there...
