I create a new character. Then play a little bit then i save the game and exit. Then i load the game and it crash 5 times during loading. After that, i able to load the game. But it happened again. So i always try to load the game until it not crash. But whenever i exit skyrim, load game, it will CTD many times.

I face the same issue here. Just found the solution for me. What I do is delete my quicksave. After that when I use quicksave it is OK now. Hope this will help you.
