Never-mind my Idea.

The title refers to the scamps, clannfear, and daedroth and others from TES IV Oblivion. I am honestly surprised that this has not been done yet and the only instance of seeing this is from Bruma which has a scamp summon, and the daedra that are in Skyblivions trailers.

I've been trying to fix a certain issue I'm having. I'm not certain but the only mods that I can think of that effects this location is https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/23283?tab=posts, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8955 and https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8834. I use vortex as a mod manager. Here is the issue I am having: https://i.postimg.cc/kg2Sj8Rn/20191004151617-1.jpg The issue only persists on snowy roads like in the image and does effect roads in warmer regions of skyrim.
