  1. That's why I created the alt account. As I said in my first post: "In an attempt to get around the problem, I started a new account -- this one -- and filed a new ticket on September 9. However, that ticket has been ignored as well."
  2. Thank you. The "Contact Us" button takes me to the support page where I can file a ticket. Filing tickets obviously has not worked, which is why I am looking for another option after more than a month of waiting. It doesn't seem likely that an email address on a page that recommends filing a ticket instead will get a better response. I am well aware that I am not supposed to have multiple accounts. I created this one out of desperation, after two weeks of non-response to a ticket that I believed was being ignored because I could not log in to my actual account before filing the ticket to report that I could not log in. As the support page says, "Please login to the forums before sending in a support ticket. If you do not login before sending a support ticket it's very likely your message will be ignored." So there is a real Catch-22 here. While the page also says that you can still log on to the forums even if your account is not validated, this was untrue for me since my old password was rejected. I need to get the password changed to reactivate the account, and I cannot get the email with the link to do that because my old email account is defunct. I need a way to provide an alternative address or means of verification, but none is offered.
  3. This is threatening to drive me mad. I have been inactive here for a couple of years. When I tried to sign in with my original account, I was informed that it was suspended for inactivity and I would have to change my password before I could log in. Fine. However, the instructions for the reset are being sent to an email address that is no longer valid and I have no way to provide an alternative address without being able to log in. I filed a support ticket about this on August 24, but received no reply, possibly because I was not able to log in before filing the ticket. As the support page states, tickets filed when you are not logged in might be ignored. (So, how do you report that you can't log in if your ticket will be ignored if you can't log in?) In an attempt to get around the problem, I started a new account -- this one -- and filed a new ticket on September 9. However, that ticket has been ignored as well. I would PM or email a mod or administrator, but clicking on the "Moderating Team" link on the home page here takes me to a blank page. Wonderful. Access to my original account is important to me because I have published mods on the Nexus under that account. It has now been more than a month, which seems unreasonable for a simple matter of changing a password. What is my next step? Who can I contact?
  4. Sorry to necro the necro, but this deserves an answer for any future readers having the same problem. The setangle commands are a little wonky because they don't take effect immediately like the setpos commands do. They only take effect after another command is issued. The easiest solution is to first do a "getpos z" to get the height of the object and remember the value. Then issue your setangle command or commands (which may be for any axis, not just z). Then do "setpos z <remembered value>". This will leave the item in the exact same z position as before, but force any preceding setangle commands to take effect. For example: getpos z (returns, say, 10.00) setangle x 180 (nothing appears to happen) setpos z 10 (suddenly the x angle changes to 180 but the height remains the same)
