This is threatening to drive me mad. I have been inactive here for a couple of years. When I tried to sign in with my original account, I was informed that it was suspended for inactivity and I would have to change my password before I could log in. Fine. However, the instructions for the reset are being sent to an email address that is no longer valid and I have no way to provide an alternative address without being able to log in. I filed a support ticket about this on August 24, but received no reply, possibly because I was not able to log in before filing the ticket. As the support page states, tickets filed when you are not logged in might be ignored. (So, how do you report that you can't log in if your ticket will be ignored if you can't log in?) In an attempt to get around the problem, I started a new account -- this one -- and filed a new ticket on September 9. However, that ticket has been ignored as well. I would PM or email a mod or administrator, but clicking on the "Moderating Team" link on the home page here takes me to a blank page. Wonderful. Access to my original account is important to me because I have published mods on the Nexus under that account. It has now been more than a month, which seems unreasonable for a simple matter of changing a password. What is my next step? Who can I contact?
