update- There is no glitch indoors. The glitch only exists outside

I've narrowed the issue down to being sky lighting in the enb. any idea what I'm missing?

installed a new enb and some lighting mods, and now I get this weird bug where most of my screen is shaded correctly, but then there's a strip of light on the bottom of the screen that is a lighter color. disabling enb fixes the issue, so I went through and toggled all of the different options with no luck. any idea what the problem could be? https://imgur.com/a/3jEXMSy update, it's not the enb. So i enjoy a good horn mod, tdn equi0able horns is a good example of a good horn mod but what i have been looking for and would love to see in my skyrim gameplay is Oni horns! Skincolor horns that poke out at the hairline! They dont nesacarily need to be skincolor but just oni horns in general would be amazing!
