Well, if those mods doesnt retexture vanilla assets with higher resolutions, they wont affect your performance in any way unless you visit those new locations.

Dont forget to to adjust your enblocal.ini settings accordingly.

This was the reason alot of people including me couldnt run 4k textures even on 8gb vram graphic cards. Its finally fixed now. note that you can also raise ReservedMemorySizeMb to 1024 now if you have alot of vram to increase performance further.

Disable the vsync or gsync options u have enabled in the nvidia control panel. also disable vsync in your skyrimprefs.ini and let the enb handle vsync.

For me, the most influential mod Requiem. My whole list of over 350 (merged) mods is based around it. The most innovative mod is probably OSA, even though it is hardly been used besides the adult stuff, what is kind of disappointing given its potential.

Are you sure you did not get the perk point? Are you using mods? Is there any mod u installed between levels 52 and 53?

There is no reason to buy skyrim without the dlcs if you ask me. It might be a few bucks cheaper, but the dlcs are great and alot of mods require them. So get the legendary edition of oldrim.
