That sucks~ you can look at some (only 2 atm) examples of working load orders here (oops it was a loverslab link, forgot what forum i was on xD) try looking for examples of load orders i guess! such as https://modwat.ch/u/AnonymousPotato/plugins and others on that site (there is no information if its working or not tho xD so don't trust just one but look for what they have in common!) One thing you can always do if you want to troubleshoot is like disable half your mods, if that doesn't fix disable the other half, then half of that, then half of that etc.. and next time only mod a little at a time, testing frequently after adding mods.. and make backups when u get it stable! IK its generic advice but your problems are probably very specific and I don't know what they are D:

I know this is old, but this is the same problem I am having. Sometimes I'll be able to see people near a fire, but if I move slightly they all become dark. I'm considering ditching RLO
