Sometimes the game crashes due to trying to Auto Save when it can't, so maybe disable Auto Saves, and it should work? I had the same problem, but it worked for me. Hopefully it can be the same for you.

Firstly, OMG I'VE SEARCHED THE WHOLE INTERNET FOR A GUIDE TO MAKE A TOPIC ON THE NEXUS FORUMS WHY THE F*CK K IS THIS SO HARD? IT'S STUPID!!! So I just gave up, found something relevant, and typed it here, if you could tell me how to make a topic that would be awesome. My problem is that stupid f*#@ing mod manager randomly uninstalls my mods, making skyrim crash, so I check NMM, and EVERYTHING is uninstalled, so then it takes my an hour or 2 JUST TO REINSTALL ALL THE f*#@ING MODS, JUST TO HAVE TO TO IT THE NEXT DAY! I can probably get 1 hour of game time a day because of stupid mod manager. How do I solve this stupid bug? IT'S SO ANOYING!

FNIS Fix is simple, go to GenerateFNISforUsers, un-tick the "Skeleton Arm Fix" box, and updatde FNIS. Note, if you have the XP32 Skeleton and Dual Sheath redux, the draw animations will be abit buggy. Hope this helped you.

I, also have the same problem. The bug may be caused by the XP32 Skeleton, if you have it installed. If not that, it must be FNIS or FNIS PCEA2. If not any of them, it is probably linked to an animation or skeleton mod. If you have none installed, your game is f*cked. It doesn't effect me as much tho, because I don't block often. Although, my main build is a samurai. ._.
