Hi, You seem to have "lost the texture". Typically, the texture files for skins are in the following folders, with extensions *.dds Data\textures\actors\character\female Data\textures\actors\character\male Does this help? -

Unfortunately, it will be a while before I can find time to play it. It is OK though, I'm not done adding mods to Skyrim.

To me this looks like a mismatch between Interesting NPCs and the Caliente Body mod. Why not try contacting the authors?
