After looking into the FO4Edit more I couldn't find any other conflicts that bettersettlers had so my next step may be to begin uninstalling and installing my mods again but I will have to think on that Yes, I recently tried it again and even with scrap everything disabled (not uninstalled)BetterSettlers.esp still causes fps drops. It's honestly very weird whats happening to my game. Then the problem isn't the conflict Scrap Everything <-> Better Settlers. You might be having another interaction between Better Settlers and maybe something graphic heavy or settlement related. - Do your drops happen only in a settlement or everywhere? - Do you have any other mod that alter NPCs, specially texture mods? As I said, In my case I don't have any difference, I'm always at 60fps... but it might be that Better Settlers is just too heavy for your current setup (hardware + enabled mods)? Next test I would do is disable EVERYTHING except Better Settlers and its requirements (Eli's armor, ponytails, etc) and do another run at it. Well, not everything... Vals, DEF_UI, Unnoficial FO4 Patch... this kind of stuff can stay. But definitely launch without F4SE to disable it completely. The drops happen everywhere, I do have certain NPC texture mods/appearance changes (GreatActors) but they aren't mods that can cause major conflicts imo I don't think it an issue with Better Settlers being too heavy as I have GTX 1070ti and an i5 8500k and even when I downscale my resolution to 1080p (i normally play 1440p) I still get fps drops. I just did the test you mentioned and I even went as far as testing the game again with the betterSettlers.esp disabled and I didn't get fps drops, but when bettersetters.esp is enabled the fps drops come back, even if it is the only mod enabled, and even if it is enabled with the other mods it requires. I even went as far as fully uninstalling it on mod manager then installing again from the website and nothing changed. I think, for now, I will just keep BetterSettlers disabled in my playthrough (which sucks but its necessary) and if I decide to make a new one character, i will just be more selective in the mods I download and i will also try to see if any weird conflicts occur earlier on. Thank you all for the help and if any of you or anyone wants to drop more information and advice feel free.
