A long time ago, I believe another user (I think it was either PureSnipe, or sniperwhere, though I may be incorrect) and I went over all the banhammers, bansticks, and nerfbats etc. Many many pages ago though, so it's probably a good thing that you brought them up again... *sigh* the memories....
